| In 1988, SPORTS
IN THE USA, INC. through its subsidiary USAFOOTBALL.COM commenced
conducting national polls for NCAA Division III football. Staff members had pre-season previews published in national
sports magazines and became voting members of national player awards at the NCAA Division I-A level as well as
the Gagliardi Trophy and Melberger Award for Division III standouts. USAFOOTBALL.COM sponsored the first-ever and
only NCAA-certified college football championship doubleheader in East Orange, NJ on November 23, 1996. Participating
in the ECAC Division III Southeast and Southwest Championships were Franklin & Marshall College, Frostberg
State University, the United States Merchant Marine Academy and Wilkes University. On December 22, 1996, the firm
sponsored the first-ever NCAA Division III Senior All-Star football game with the Inaugural Holiday Classic pitting
the Metropolitan New York All Stars against the Philadelphia Area All Stars. In future years, NCAA Division III
senior All- Star games were played in Paterson, NJ, Fayetteville, NC and Shreveport, LA paving the way for the
NCAA-sanctioned Aztec Bowl. In November, 2002, usafootball.com became the youth advocacy outlet for the NFL and
its Players' Association. |
| SPORTS IN THE USA, INC. maintains a sports consulting division. It has served
as a sports consultant to local boards of education and colleges. Its first professional sports consulting contract
was with the New Jersey Red Dogs of the Arena Football League. The firm orginated cable-vision coverage in the
State of New Jersey for the New Jersey Nets of the NBA, produced the first-ever cablevision coverage of a professional
outdoor lacrosse game and utilized a broadcasting team of Walt Frazier and Nancy Lieberman in producing cablevision
games of the United States Basketball League (USBL). During the 2007-2008 Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL) campaign,
the firm served as marketing consultants for the New Jersey Ironmen, creating events such as a New Jersey Senior
Boys Soccer All-Star Game as well as a New Jersey Senior Girls Soccer All-Star Game, both of which increased the
attendance at the Prudential Center by more than 4,000 fans. The firm currently serves as marketing and operations
consultant for the Newark Ironbound Express, a USL PDL franchise. |
| Dennis Wilson
serves as the firm's CEO. He has an extensive background in sports and the sports media field. In high school he
was the NJSIAA Group I shot put champion plus a football second team all state selection by the Newark Evening
News and third team choice by the Star-Ledger. At the college level, he played football and was the
captain as well as Most Valuable Player of the conference champion track and field squad. He has continued to compete
in USATF Masters' competitions, served as President of two bowling leagues and won a state-wide golf tournament.
Wilson initiated the financial process that brought the Nets of the NBA to New Jersey and served as General Chairman
of the Official Welcome of the NBA to New Jersey. As President of the West Essex Chamber of Commerce, he developed
the first-ever corporate-sponsored scholastic tournament in the nation and has served as a director of the National
Football Foundation - Hall of Fame's Essex County Chapter.Wilson has written for national sports publications and
served as Sports Media Director at the university, conference and professional levels. He is the architect of the
NCAA's first and only football championship doubleheader. Wilson initiated the NCAA Division III All Star Game
that is now known as the Aztec Bowl and is run by the American Football Coaches Association. He is a voting member
of most post-season football awards at all four levels and is serving his 12th term as President of the Metropolitan
New York Football Writers Association. He is a past vice president of the New Jersey College Baseball Association
and is a member of the Football Writers Association of America, Metropolitan Basketball Writers Association, New
England Football Writers Association, New Jersey Sports Writers Association, Philadelphia College Football Writers
Association and U.S. Basketball Writers Association. Wilson is currently serving as Vice President of the USL's
PDL Newark Ironbound Express franchise. |

| John Archibald is
Vice President - Communications. Born in New Jersey, Archibald moved to Tennessee as a young child where he received
a Bachelors Degree in Communication from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) in 2003. After interning
in the UTC Sports Information Department, Archibald got his start in the business in Fort Myers, Florida, serving
as the Public Relations Director of the eventual 2004 arenafootball2 champion Florida Firecats. He was responsible
for all media and public relations pertaining to the organization. Upon completion of that season, Archibald migrated
back to the sports-abundant northeast to further pursue his career. He is the current Director of Communications
for the New Jersey Ironmen of the Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL), and he also serves as the Sports Information
Director of the Pali Blues Soccer Club of the USL W-League. He spent three seasons with the New Jersey Terminators
of the North American Football League (two of them as the General Manager), and he has further remained active
in the business over the years by performing seasonal work for the Philadelphia Barrage (Major League Lacrosse),
Philadelphia KiXX (MISL), Philadelphia Soul (Arena Football League), and the Rutgers University football and basketball
programs. He also served as an official media assistant during the 2007 NCAA Division 1 Men’s Basketball East Regional
in East Rutherford, New Jersey, during March Madness. |
| Gioia DiFlumeri is
Vice President - Women Sports. She has worked as the Team Operations Manager for the New York Power of the Women's
United Soccer Association (WUSA) where she created and managed the annual team budget, reconciled all expenses,
assisted in the review of salary cap provisions, coordinated team and staff travel itineraries and worked with
the general manager and coaching staff on team policies. Her duties with the New York Power capitalized on her
prior experience with Event Transportation Associates, Inc., in California. She developed and implemented the operations
plan for the 2000 Democratic National Convention. That also included the transportation of over 10,000 delegates
and media to and from hotels within the greater Los Angeles area and the Staples Center. She was also responsible
for the interviewing, hiring, and scheduling of a staff of 200 people. Currently the Operations Manager for the
New Jersey Ironmen of the Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL), DiFlumeri also served as the Venue Manager at the
Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California, for the 1999 FIFA Women's World Cup. She was responsible for the implementation
of stadium entertainment and game operations for the first round games and the finals. Attendance soared to over
90,000 spectators. Prior to the games, she served as the Operations Manager for the 1999 Women's World Cup Organizing
Committee, performing duties pertaining to grassroots marketing and events. During the Final Draw and World Stars
game in San Francisco, DiFlumeri was the liason between the U.S. Women's National Team, World Team, and the Organizing
Committee. |
